Our Featured Trips for May-June 2018:
Stok Kangri Trek, Ladakh
July 31 to August 9| August 6 – 15
The ascent of this 6000m plus mountain in 10 days is probably the quickest one can climb it, keeping in mind that one needs some time to acclimatize to the altitudes as well. After spending the first couple of days acclimatizing in Leh during which time we also visit some monasteries and the interesting Leh market, we set off for a week long trek.
Markha Valley Trek, Ladakh
June 23 – July 1
One of the most popular treks in Ladakh, the proximity to Leh brings a lot of people to this valley. Beautiful landscape and good chances to spot some high altitude wildlife.
Camp Bagi at Tons River, Uttarakhand
Till Mid June
Camp out on two lovely meadows above the Tons river – in walk-in tents with cot beds and built up toilets! Spend time hiking, rafting, or sitting by the river. A hidden corner where time has stood still. Basic, charming and totally addictive. Located at a pleasant 3600 feet above sea level, this area is rich in every type of western Himalayan flora and fauna, densely forested with deodar, pine, alpine oak, birch, chestnut, rhododendron and jamun. Only 435 kms from Delhi, this trip is an excellent adrenaline rush and adds to the excitement of being in the outdoors from 4 days onwards to a week.
