It is one of the most beautiful treks, which is positioned at a height of 3,800 metres. This trek offers you with one of the rarest views of the complete range of Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath mountain peaks. On your way, you pass through the seven Bugyals of Panwali Kantha and if you are fortunate, you might catch a glimpse of the blue mountain goat. Panwali Kantha is a trek that offers unique visual treats in every season. a nice trek route that remains beautiful in various seasons.

DAYS 1-3

  • Day 1: Dehradun Airport – Sonprayag (1829 M)

Fly in to the Jolly Grant Airport by 9AM. will pick up you from Rishikesh & depart to Sonprayag. It’s a full day journey today, passes through many well-known places which are famous for its beautiful view as well as religious places like Rishikesh, Devprayag, Srinagar, Dhari Devi, Rudraprayag, Augustmuni & Ukhimath along with Alaknanda River & its tributary rivers. Overnight stay in Sonprayag hotel.

  • Day 2: Sonprayag – Maggu Chatti (3285 M)

Our trek begins today for Triyugi Narayan Temple, After Breakfast around 9:00 AM we will start trek towards, trek route is well maintained & frequently used by villagers, in between lush green agriculture fields.

  • Day 3: Maggu Chatti – Raj Kharak (3300 M)

After breakfast we will start the trek, it passes through forests, up & down ridges and at some places, we  will see shepherd huts & their grazing animals. The mountain range will start visibly so we will  be excited us to see more & we will not feel tired, takes around 6-7 hours to Overnight stay in tents.

DAYS 4-6

  • Day 4: Raj Kharak – Matia Bughyal (3200 M)

Wake up early in the morning because its good time to explore Himalayan view, over Pawali Kantha peak, from here we can see the incredible view of Himalayan range peaks Nanda Devi, Gangotri, Kedarnath, Kedar dome, Chaukhamba, Trishul, Kamet, and other peaks.

  • Day 5: Matia Bughyal – Ghuttu (1800 M)

Today is the last day of the hike, we walk all steep downhill to the forest & reach Ghuttu. You will also experience summer setups of villages.

  • Day 6: Trip Ends

  • Peak fee / sanctuary fee / royalty / permits where applicable

  • Sleeping bag
  • Flights not included in the above-mentioned cost
  • Any transfers or meals outside of itinerary
  • Bottled water
  • Items of personal clothing
  • Expenses of any personal nature (laundry / phone calls / alcohol / cigarettes / insurance / camera fee / etc.)
  • Any expense incurred due to force of nature such as landslides, bad weather or reasons beyond our control
  • Tips & gratuities (we recommend 5-10% of your trip cost- to be distributed among the team) – personal choice
  • Travel & cancellation insurance
